Hello Everyone! Welcome to the Long and Short Review Wednesday Weekly Blogging Challenge, where bloggers write on a common theme every Wednesday. This is my second year participating. Today’s topic is our unique talent.
I am a creative problem solver. I can always come up with a solution to a problem. It may not be the best or the easiest of all potential solutions but I can always come up with a way forward. I’ve found once some one puts a solution on the table, it starts the ball rolling, and we can work together to get to a better answer. I can also generate those ideas fairly quickly, so I’m often the one to get things started or push us to think more broadly and differently about things. I’ve seen that too: at some point, you have to give people something concrete to bounce off of. Even if it leads to them going a completely different direction, having something to react to seems get people moving.
