Today’s theme is traditional Thanksgiving foods I like or dislike. I will share one of each.
My favorite traditional Thanksgiving food is pumpkin pie. Long before pumpkin became a thing (yes, my age is showing), I was scarfing down pumpkin pie slathered with cool whip. I was the only one in my family who really liked pumpkin pie, so we only got it at Thanksgiving. And yes, today, I love everything pumpkin. But its been a lifelong passion, not a Starbucks add on.
My least favorite is stuffing. I never got into that. Not sure why, as I’ve tried it many times, in many variations. Just not my thing.

I’m not into stuffing either, but pumpkin pie is amazing!
And see…stuffing is my go to every single time, no matter what else there is, stuffing is on my plate. I, too, enjoy pumpkin pie.
I’m definitely with you on the stuffing issue. Really just not my thing.
I’m the opposite. I love stuffing, but not pumpkin pie. It’s strange because I love pumpkin bread, muffins, cookies, and even pumpkin seeds. It sounds like I should love pumpkin pie, too. It’s the same with applies. I like just about everything apple except pie.
