Welcome to Marketing for Romance Authors 52 week blog hop challenge. Each week, a lovely group of romance authors blog on a common theme. Visit them all here to discover their new years resolutions
I shy away from resolutions. I’m a committed and chronic goal setter, which is my way of moving forward, organizing my time and trying to deal with my flaws and failings. I believe just do it or don’t do it. While there is great value in reflection (I do that way too much) and holidays and milestones are good times to do it, those traditional times should complement everything else we do throughout the year.
So my resolution is not to make resolutions, just to continue to strive to achieve my goals. Wishing everyone a healthy, happy and an adventurous new year.
Thanks for dropping by.
That is a good outlook. Just keep driving forward to achieve whatever you’re after next in life. Happy New Year and wishing you much happiness in the coming months.
I’m not making resolutions, either. I actually achieve more of what I want to achieve when I don’t 🙂 Wishing you all the best in 2018.
Beautifully stated! Have a happy, healthy, and fun 2018.
nice sentiment. Have a great new year.
I’m there with you with no resolution- here’s to a happy, healthy, prosperous New Year!
You’re quite right, Shari. Goals are quite different from resolutions. The latter, unfortunately, are too often akin to daydreams.
Goals are easier to keep in front of you – they’re more focused, too. Good luck with yours in 2018!
That’s very wise, Shari! Best of luck with all your goals!
